I have been studying Crossfit Methodology for over 3 years now and there is always something new to learn or someone who can teach me things I didn't know. I have been an athlete my whole life, but not always fit. Once I found this way of life i never backed off. I give it 110% everyday i walk in. I will push you to your limit and at that moment you may hate me, but in the end you will see the benefit and know that it was for the best. I thank God everyday that He has given me this ability to coach others.

I love to stay active in my life. In 2015 I earned my Spartan Trifecta. I have competed in four 200 mile relays as a member of the 12 person team Testosterone Sprinkles. I have participated in numerous 5K runs as well as a Disney Half Marathon and I especially enjoy being a part of the Special Olympics Torch Run here in the county each year.

Since I discovered the "gym" 10 years ago I've loved fitness. However, cross training is a totally different story. It has made me stronger. Not just physically, but mentally as well. The harder the workout the better. Pushing through that mental wall of thinking I can't finish is what has made me better in all aspects of life. Now I'm here to push you, to share that passion of fitness, to make you a better person, both physically and mentally.

I've been doing cross training for a little over a year and i absolutely love it. I was very skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. It was the best decision i have ever made. I decided to get my Level 1 certificate and I haven't looked back since. I really enjoy what I do and love to watch others succeed. I will do whatever it takes to make you a better athlete or person.
